Job Description – Pre-Sales ExecutiveLocation: NHPC, Faridabad Experience: 3-4 years in the same industry (Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related sector) Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Lead Qualification & Customer Engagement:Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide initial solutions.Technical Support & Solution Designing:Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client needs.Proposal & Documentation:Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed commercial offers.Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) with accurate and competitive pricing.Product Knowledge & Training:Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends.Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and sales teams.Client Communication & Relationship Management:Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.Support in addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer demands.Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience: 3-4 years in Pre-Sales within the Industrial Machinery, Pumps, or related industry.Skills Required:Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and related equipment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.Preferred: Prior experience in handling international clients or B2B industrial sales.Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
