Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Position Overview: A young, dynamic, and highly motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Deputy CFO to lead the financial operations across all divisions of our business, which include diamond manufacturing units, jewellery manufacturing facilities, and sales offices. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in precious commodity management, manufacturing cost control, and luxury retail financial operations. As we prepare for an exciting growth phase, we are looking for someone who can help navigate the process of going public in the next 2 to 4 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate finance and will be instrumental in overseeing the transition to a publicly listed company.Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations & Treasury: Oversee cash flow management, currency and commodity hedging, and banking relationships. Manage IPO preparations, financial reporting, SEC compliance, and investor relations.Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure inventory insurance, international trade compliance, and responsible sourcing. Manage security protocols, transfer pricing, and regulatory adherence.Manufacturing: Monitor production costs, yields, and inventory valuation. Optimize working capital and production efficiency.Sales & Distribution: Review customer rebates, analyze product profitability, and manage accounts receivable. Evaluate sales office performance and sales forecasts.Required Qualifications:• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• Professional certification (CA, CS, CWA or equivalent)• 8+ years experience in luxury goods or manufacturing,• Strong understanding of international trade and banking regulationsSkills & Competencies:Expertise in financial analysis and manufacturing cost accountingKnowledge of international trade, financing, and multi-currency managementRisk management, crisis management, and financial modelingStrategic planning, M&A, and investor relationsExperience in IPO preparation, regulatory compliance, and treasury managementDigital transformation and financial technologies
