Requirements:o Minimum of 8 years in ServiceNow Development.o Proven experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities and product offerings, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM, PPM, and App Engine.o Hands-on experience implementing at least one ServiceNow product offering.o ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus.2. ServiceNow Implementation and CustomizationLeading the implementation process: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with business goals.Customization management: Supervise customization of the platform to suit specific organizational needs, ensuring that best practices are followed.Integration management: Manage integrations with other IT systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and seamless workflow processes.
