Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Classical ML, LLM-based AI solutions, real-time ML processing, MLOps, and full-stack AI development. The ideal candidate will have experience building, optimizing, and deploying AI/ML models at scale, with a strong understanding of data-driven AI applications and cloud-based deployments.Key Responsibilities:Classical ML & AI Solutions• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) models for classification, regression, time series forecasting, and recommendation systems.• Work with structured and unstructured data, performing feature engineering and data transformations.• Implement and optimize ML models in production environments.LLM Development & AI Solutions• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications for business use cases.• Implement LangGraph (LangChain), CrewAI, and multi-agent frameworks for enterprise AI solutions.• Optimize AI workflows by integrating data from SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.• Expertise in Prompt Engineering frameworks (CoT, ReAct, ToT, etc.).Real-time ML & Full-stack Development• Design and implement real-time ML production systems using Kafka, Apache Flink, or Apache Spark Streaming.• Develop and maintain full-stack AI applications using modern web frameworks.• Preprocess and transform streaming data for real-time inference and incremental training.Databricks ML & MLOps Implementation• Implement Databricks ML frameworks (Mosaic AI) for scalable ML solutions.• Deploy and manage MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle automation.• Ensure cost-effective, scalable AI deployments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.Multimodal AI & Advanced RAG Optimization• Build and optimize Multimodal AI Systems for real-world business use cases.• Enhance Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Text2SQL solutions to address edge-case scenarios.Must-Have Skills:• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI model deployment.• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).• Solid understanding of Classical Machine Learning Algorithms for classification, regression, time series forecasting, and recommendation systems.• Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, and optimization using vLLM or TensorRT.• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning Pipelines, AKS/ACR/App Service, and CI/CD workflows.• Strong SQL & NoSQL database expertise.• Experience in Big Data processing tools (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).• Strong grasp of Statistics, Probability, and ML Algorithms.Good to Have:• Generative AI (GenAI): Experience with LLM fine-tuning, Transformer models (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.).• Familiarity with Vision AI, NLP, and multimodal AI architectures.• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML.• Prior experience in Manufacturing or Enterprise AI solutions.Benefits:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects.• Professional development support and flexible work environment.
