Role:- Securities Specialist Corporate Actions and Income ProcessingEmployment Payroll Company- HaysClient:- MNC Investment banking companyWork Location: Pune- KharadiRole and responsibilities– Hands on experience in financial services / investment banking domain– 2-3 yrs hands on work experience in pre-processing, payments, post payment activities (Cash & stock break resolution) of Global Corporate Actions events and/or Global Income events for Bonds, Equities, Derivatives products– Experience of managing client calls, custodian/sub-custodian calls.– A very good Team player, highly motivated, self-driven individual– Must have focus on client service delivery / client delight.– The person must be ready for 10-11 hrs shift and weekend working on frequent basis because there is an increase in volume / periodic spike in volume expected during next 1 to 2 yrs.– Shift timing – 2 pm to 11 pm with 1 to 2 hrs OvertimeQualification criteria– A Graduate degree in business administration and/or commerce Or MBA in Finance– Update SOP as and when there are any new process update/changes,– Identify new risks and recommend new process controls/checks– Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel / Power Point / Word / Outlook– Eager to take ownership and responsibilities for assigned tasks– Very Good English communication skills, articulation skills.
