The Chief of Staff position at Adani in Ahmedabad is a key leadership role within our AI Labs. We are seeking a strategic thinker with deep expertise in enterprise architecture and/or AI technologies to oversee and manage strategic initiatives, collaborate with department heads and university professors, and ensure successful project execution. Experience • 6 - 8 years of experience in AI/ML and ability to bring technical acumen to business problems Roles and Responsibilities • Serve as a strategic voice to the CEO on new initiatives on technology • Oversee and manage the execution of strategic initiatives and projects • Independently evaluate new trends in AI areas which is of relevance to business • Monitor and report on project progress to the CEO and board • Facilitate communication and alignment between the executive team and other stakeholders • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO Education Qualification • Master’s degree in a relevant field • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is preferred • Relevant technical certifications are desirable Behavioural Skills • High level of integrity and professionalism • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Non-Negotiable Skills • Deep expertise in architecture and AI/ML • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
