Job Title: Senior Executive - RFPJob Location: Vadodara, Gujarat- OnsiteShift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMJob SummaryThe RFP Writer Specialist will be responsible for preparing, writing, and managing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, strong research capabilities, and the ability to produce high-quality, persuasive content that aligns with client requirements and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret RFP/RFI/RFQ documents to develop compliant and compelling responses.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, legal, HR, and operations, to gather necessary information.Develop customized content and maintain a repository of pre-written proposal content for future use.Ensure that all proposals are consistent with branding, messaging, and compliance guidelines.Conduct market research to tailor proposals to industry trends and client needs.Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.Work closely with graphic designers/MarCom team to enhance the visual presentation of proposals.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mass Communication / Journalism2+ years of experience in RFP writing, preferably in the staffing/Talent Solutions industry.Strong understanding of workforce solutions, staffing services, and industry best practices.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly, concisely, and persuasively.Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience in responding to government and corporate RFPs.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the staffing industry.Familiarity with proposal automation software.Why Join Us?Five Days WorkingWork with Fortune 500 clientsOpportunity to work with a dynamic and growing staffing firm.Career growth and professional development opportunities.If you have a passion for writing, strategic thinking, and a knack for creating persuasive proposals, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team!
