More information on NewCold can be found on and our social media.About the vacancyTo support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable to join our international Finance team. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our global operating team. The SSC team works on the day-to-day accounting tasks for one or more NewCold entities in line with the policies and guidelines for the shared service center. This team’s activities include amongst others the processing of supplier invoices. You will report to the Coordinator Accounts Payable and will work together with the rest of the global SSC team. You will be based in our office in India.What will you do?Manage daily AP inbox by reviewing invoices, routing to proper folders and ensuring the inbox is maintained and cleared out by the end of every dayDaily processing of supplier invoices for our NewCold global entitiesAssist with month-end closeAssist in various ad-hoc projects for our Global SSC teamWho are we looking for?You are a finance professional who is ready for the next step in his/her career. You have an affinity for financial accounting, preferably you have relevant experience working in an international environment.In addition you have:A minimum of 5 years of previous accounts payable administration working in a high-volume environment (preferably in an international organization)Team ManagementComfort with working in a fast-paced transaction-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient in English, any other European language is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsA quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibilityCan take on multiple projects/tasks and problem solveKnowledgeable with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines
