Job Title: Oracle Recruitment Cloud Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: India -RemoteJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Recruitment Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in configuring, customizing, and enhancing Oracle Recruitment Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating content library items, modifying recruitment fast formulae, and optimizing candidate selection processes and application workflows.Key Responsibilities:Update content library items with images, hyperlinks, and text formatting in Oracle Recruitment Cloud.Implement changes and enhancements in Recruitment Fast Formulae to meet business requirements.Configure and optimize the candidate selection process and application flow for seamless recruitment operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Recruitment Cloud-related issues to ensure system efficiency.Perform testing, documentation, and continuous improvements in the Oracle HCM ecosystem.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud as a techno-functional consultant.Strong expertise in content library management, including text formatting, hyperlinks, and image insertion.Proven experience with Recruitment Fast Formulae modifications and implementation.In-depth knowledge of candidate selection processes and application workflow configurations in Oracle Recruitment Cloud.Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently.Strong communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus.Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Recruitment Cloud certification is an added advantage.
