Leads the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients, internal or external to the sales organizationAppointment of distributors in the territory and maintain relationship with them to achieve sales target.Close sales and maintain relationships with institutional clients by providing support, information, and guidance.Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.Conduct competitive market analysis, potential research customers, and prospect in the assigned sales territory.Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.Consult with department heads to plan and to secure information on products and customer specifications.Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.Qualifications:Degree in business or any other field related to the positionPractical experience in a similar position advantageousStrong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate several tasks at the same timeWell-developed negotiation skillsStrong oral and written communication skills.Able to multitask while being attentive to customers and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proven leadership skills.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Other Requirements:In the current position should be either Area Sales Manager or Territory Manager with any of the aforesaid companies.Salary:INR 30,000 - 45,000 per month
