Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Ensure these models are robust, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.Oracle EPM Financial Model Build: Architect and help to build a financial model in Oracle EPM including full revenue/COGS build by customer, headcount expense planning, OPEX vendor expense planning, CAPEX planning, forecasted income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze financial data to assess company performance against budgets, forecasts, and industry benchmarks. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. This includes variance analysis, KPI tracking, and ad hoc financial dashboards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business unit leaders, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather insights, influence decisions, and implement financial strategies that support business growth. Process Enhancement: Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Project Support: Participate in special projects such as cost reduction initiatives, investment analysis, or post-merger integration, providing financial insights and recommendations. Global Coordination: Align with the USA team to ensure consistency in financial practices, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives across regions.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related area within a technology or similar industry.Proven experience in a multi-national company, with exposure to US business practices advantageous.Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.Oracle EPM experience required to help architect and build a financial forecast modelUnderstanding of US GAAP accounting and financial statement preparationStrong analytical, quantitative, and data manipulation skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Strategic thinking with a detail-oriented approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Additional Information:Travel: Occasional travel to the USA or other international locations might be required for team meetings, training, or project needs.Language: Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
