Job PurposeWe are looking for a Lead – Digital Marketing to join our team. The purpose of the role is to support in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, lead generation, and conversion in line with Muthoot Fincorp & Muthoot Pappachan Group's strategic objectives. The role incumbent is expected to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in alignment with business objectives, target audience, and market trends from marketing sources in collaboration with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.Key Job ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, lead generation, and conversion. A blend of creativity, technical expertise, and analytical skills to optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in alignment with business objectives, target audience, and market trends.Create and curate engaging content and creatives for driving responses through SMS, Chatbot, WhatsApp and other channel campaigns.Analyse and optimize campaigns, monitor metrics (conversion rates, engagement, clicks, responses), adjust strategies, and report results.Website pages and digital journeys optimization through Keywords, event creation and working with the UI/ UX team.Identifying and onboarding vendor, evaluation, Negotiation, and task initiation with defined goals.Taking up various integration projects with cross functional team which are either digital growth related or customer experience oriented.Budget planning & allocation for the various marketing activities.Support decision making to the management through digital analytics and business intelligence.Knowledge, Skills & ExposureMinimum of 8 to 10 yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization, preferably from financial services industry with strong knowledge of Martech platforms like Net core, Salesforce, Adobe etc. Google Ads and other relevant certification needed.Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing Campaign, digital advertising industry and pricing models, Web Analytics, Web Promotion, Keyword Research, Online Advertising, social media, Website Traffic Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization.Experience of driving user engagement/retention for digital assets with a strong sense of ownership for work.Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Qualification & Role RequirementsMBA in Marketing / Any Graduate with Digital Marketing experience.Experience in Banking/NBFC/Fintech will be a plus.Willing to work in flexible working hours.
