Position Summary:TransPerfect is looking to grow our in-house recruiting team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and hiring applicants for internal positions. Work Location: PuneWork Schedule: Full-timeEngagement Model: Employment, permanentStart Date: Immediate Position responsibilities:Actively work with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidatesPlan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talentHeadhunt and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positionsOversee full recruitment life-cycle including screening CVs, sourcing, interviewing, testing, negotiating offers and onboardingConduct in person interviews when requiredGenerate offer confirmation emails and employment contracts Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managersAdvise managers on best hiring and interviewing practices Develop relationships with universities and other external partners Implement and improve recruitment policies and proceduresTake on special recruitment projects as needed Complete administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processesComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisorEssential skills and experience required:Previous experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition rolesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders from all levels of the organizationEffective time management and organisational skillsExperience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environmentAbility to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goalsOutstanding teamwork and collaboration skillsEstablished competency in the use of business applications tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)TransPerfect helps organizations navigate the global marketplace.
