Ltd. a subsidiary of Three More Lions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. invites application for Technical Sales Executive to promote its ACE brand of Thermal Transfer Ribbon, a global leader in the production and supply of high-performance thermal transfer ribbons. We pride ourselves on delivering premium products that meet the highest industry standards. Our client base includes international printers and manufacturers. We supply many of the world's leading brands in the garment, automobile, manufacturing, electronics and FMCG segment.The successful candidate will be joining an existing, dynamic team based in north Mumbai where we have offices and warehouse facilities. Working directly for the Director of India Operations, the position also sees interaction with our international business set up in Singapore with global distribution facilities in Vietnam and China.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Executive based in or around Mumbai. The primary role will involve managing client relationships, generating new leads, winning orders in line with the company's budget. Work will be mainly home based supported by our Mumbai office team.Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand ACE's presence with end users of thermal transfer ribbons. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key customers. Responsibility for selling ACE’s range of TTR/TTO products and solutions by demonstrating both product and commercial benefits.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the global sales team for effective sales. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions. Plan sales meetings effectively to be efficient with time and budget. Qualifications/SkillsAny graduate or post graduate with 3 years of experience in Technical Sales with proven Sales skillsCustomer Service and Good Communication skills in English and Hindi.Preferably experience in the printing industry or related fieldsAbility to work independently, Estimated on-the-road 60% of workdays.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperienced in handling corporate customersRemuneration: - Salary circa 4-7 LPA fixed depending on experience plus 2-4 LPA variable. - 1.0%+ tiered commission on all sales above base threshold.
