You will be responsible for identifying user needs, conceptualizing new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital Fintech landscape and a passion for delivering engaging user experiences.Responsibilities:Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the organization's goals and user needs.Growth Strategy :- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product linesUser Research: Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation. Responsible for identifying and prioritizing features based on user needs and market trends.Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, outlining key features, timelines, and resource allocation.Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and editorial teams to define, build, and launch new features and products.Data Analysis: Track product performance, analyze user data, and gather feedback to inform future product decisions.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.Requirements:3-6 years of product management experience in a digital environment, preferably in the Financial services (stock market) industry.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems through structured thinking and innovative approaches.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development and executionIf this aligned with the candidature and expectations , kindly share your candidature to sameeksha.chauhaan@
