About the Role As Manager Innovations you will part of the Corporate Strategy and Innovation team at Tata Communications. The role is critical to helping Tata Communications identity the next big disruptions - customer, technology, market or business – bends on the road that Tata Communications can tap into to drive growth in the next 3-5 years. The incumbent should bring strategic foresight and innovative mindset to build compelling differentiated offerings and capabilities that address emerging and future needs of customers, often involving disruptive technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities):Strategic Insights and Idea developmentDrive formulation and execution of AI and Innovation strategy for Tata Communications (TC)Research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic AI, and draw implications in terms of TC relevance, compelling customer use cases and productization opportunities for TCWhite space analysis of emerging areas where TC should play in, build and present a compelling case for investment.
