About PositionRole: Engineering Partner/Delivery Partner (Infra Services)Location: Pune/Bengaluru/NoidaExperience: 17-25 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeWe are identifying a delivery leader to lead a team to manage infra-services projects/programs within the expected timeline & budget. Overseeing team and ensuring effective and efficient delivery & responsible for infrastructure portfolio. Ability to work on Tech solutions for transformation projects, data center migration, vendor to vendor migration.What You'll DoMust possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Infrastructure ProgramsMust have strong knowledge of the technology & processes (Data Center, Storage, Networking, Security) and ITIL ProcessesShould have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer Infrastructure portfolio with 24x7 operations, including large fixed-cost programs and large transitions/transformationsCollaborative mindset: should be able to collaborate for cross-selling with Vertical Teams to grow Infrastructure businessMust provide hands-on leadership to large-deal pursuits: Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentationPeople Leadership Development: Proven leadership toward building and grooming the next 2 levels of delivery leadersOperational Efficiency: Track & control operational parameters with attention to detail. Work with Engineering Partners and other Business Units to ensure that opportunities and projects are supported with the right talent and deliverables.The candidate should be able to lead a high-growth portfolio of USD 15 million to USD 20 million, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals. Responsible for meeting revenue targets for the unit with a strong focus on growthDemonstrate strong customer orientation leveraging data-driven project management and governance. Be responsible for ESAT and CSATMust demonstrate a high growth mindset. Evangelize practice offerings and up-sell / cross-sell offerings and services among delivery units and clients.
