We are scaling up our operations rapidly, and the BFSI Senior Editor (Quality Success Manager) will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and growing our content operations for all projects from a set of defined clients.ResponsibilitiesOn a typical day as a Quality Success Manager on our team, you will fulfil the following responsibilities:Briefing and preparation: Attend briefing sessions with your clients, using these discussions to create and refine client briefs; identify and brief the right writers and editors for each projectDelivery planning and coordination: Work with our Operations team to coordinate delivery and timelinesCreator evaluation and feedback: Evaluate and grade writers' and editors' work, give them regular written and verbal feedback, and flag problematic creatorsQuality control and rework management: Spot-check written and edited assignments; proactively remedy quality issues before client delivery; diagnose and process rework requests from clients; identify and resolve the causes of rework requestsEscalation management: Address quality escalations as directed by the Managing Editors; attend and document client meetings for escalationsTeam-building: Keep writers and editors engaged with regular feedback and guidance; identify and respond to editors’ and writer’s training needsOur ideal candidateTo apply for this role, you should fulfil most of the following criteria:At least 6+ years’ experience in copy-editing or reviewing roles, preferably in the content marketing in Insurance or digital publishing industryStrong copyediting and proofreading skills, with advanced knowledge of applied grammar and the best practices in content writingA clear understanding of content marketing, content writing, and SEOStrong team leadership and project management skillsSome experience in client-facing rolesWe’re excited to share Pepper’s vision and mission with you!
