Hello All,We are hiring for - HIL TestingNotice Period - Immediate to 30 days Experience: 4 to 9 yearsLocation : BangaloreJD for Test EngineerSubject Matter: Conventional, Hybrid and electric Vehicle powertrain and its feature testingResponsibilities: HiL Infra ReadinessConduct HIL simulations and tests Writing test specification and test cases for the Given Requirements Executing test as per test planDebugging failures wrt plant model, Automation scripts, Function algorithm, and calibrationIdentify and troubleshoot issues encountered during HIL testing.Collect and analyze data from HIL tests to assess system performance and identify potential issues.Communicate effectively with team members regarding test progress and findings.Ensure testing procedures adhere to internal and external quality standards.Conduct reviews and checks to maintain high standards in the testing process.Validate the models against real-world data to ensure fidelity.Generate reports on test results and findings for further review and action.Stay updated with the latest developments in HIL technology and Powertrain systemsWork collaboratively with other team members, including senior engineers and project managers.Tool Skills- Familiarity with HIL testing environments and simulation tools (e.g., Matlab, Simulink, HiL, Provetech, dspace toolchain (Automation desk, Configuration desk, Control desk) INCA, ,ECU Test Tool, Jira, Confluence, Various Requirement and test Specification repositories, DNG, XRAY, Starc etc. , Automation Scripting language VB, Python, CAPL etc. Test Infra: Proficiency in HIL systemHiL Environment toolsSoftskills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.Skill in identifying patterns and anomalies in test resultsStrong problem-solving skills to address technical issues during testing.Creativity and innovation in developing solutions.Meticulous attention to detail in conducting tests and recording results.Good verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team membersFlexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.Willingness to take on varied tasks as needed in a dynamic project environment.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Collaborative mindset, open to learning from and assisting team members.Implement and execute test cases, documenting outcomes and anomalies.Propose technical solutions to resolve problems and optimize test procedures.Continuously seek ways to improve testing methodologies and efficiency.Understanding: Communication Protocols like Line, CAN, EthernetOBD StandardsFunction safety ISO2626Controller Hardware Pin Out Diagram and wiring harnessPlease share your profile to sanjana.jannu@.
