Job Description SummaryThe Sr. PM is responsible for Managing daily operations and creating opportunities to achieve business growth. He/She must have the ability to build a relationship with the client, Account Management Team and other key stakeholders across departments and vendors. The roles expects strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills. Further, he/she should be able to coach, inspire and motivate their project management team to perform to an equally high standard. He/She will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles, and contractual SLAs and KPIs. He/she will fulfill senior client engagement responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing development of the offshore-onsite relationship. He/she will support the leadership team with reports as neededJob DetailsBusiness Planning & Organization · Ensuring a coordinated workflow between all the disciplines within the team, and with other client teams where appropriate · Assuming responsibility for the project management of complex work within the team · Fulfillment of SLAs agreed with client and internally· Planning capacity to handle spikes in demand – when there is a sudden increase in inflow of work Client Relationships · To build and develop good relationships with the clients and manage their expectations · To work with other Project Managers to ensure that the overall studio portfolio is managed effectively · To ensure high customer service levels and maximize the benefit of the Production teams/studios to the wider network New Business support & Implementataion · To support the leadership team in the migration of new clients and / or services Driving Efficiencies & Continuous improvement · To measure customer-satisfaction and reporting to the leadership team on any resulting action points · To establish and review local operating-procedures and to implement and maintain Best Practice principles · To managing the continuous delivery of high-quality work · To ensure compliance with quality and project control procedures to deliver projects to time, budget and quality standards · To work with the team to maintain accurate records and information of project activities throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure effective project control · People management and development · To provide advice, guidance and on the job coaching to project managers · To support the culture – through leading by example and living the values · To foster and develop a strong customer-service ethos within the team · Consistently manage the performance of direct reports · Recruiting and selecting project management staff Financial management · To maintain accurate records and information of project activities throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure effective project control · To be responsible for accurate and timely month-end invoicing and management reports · To ensure compliance with client budget constraints through the provision of accurate quotations · To identify and communicate project variances Personal competencies · Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a confident personality · Commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail · Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and a flexible, logical and proactive approach · Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately · Good analytical and project management skills · 5+ years people management experience· Excellent project management, judgment and time management skills · Able to develop and motivate a team · Take pride in delivering a high-quality job/service, looking to exceed expectations at every opportunity · Working knowledge of production cycle and web technology · Calm, professional, positive and good-humored approach Experience & Qualifications Experience – 8+ years in project management ; Lifesciences experiences is a must with minimum of 2 years PMP Certification preferredPrior experience working on life science domain and knowledge of Veeva CRM, RTEs, Videos etc. Knowledge and prior experience on HTML and other such web-based technologies will be an added advantage. Ability to develop a team and support team members with creative and technical expertise Excellent working-knowledge of production cycles and Omnichannel experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience with MLR process and RC reviews will be preferredRobust approach, and ability (when appropriate) to challenge client's way of thinking and rationaleGood understanding of job-tracking systems and/ or Project Management softwareRobust approach, and ability (when appropriate) to challenge client's way of thinking and rationale
