Job Description SummaryThe Sr. PM is responsible for Managing daily operations and creating opportunities to achieve business growth. He/She must have the ability to build a relationship with the client, Account Management Team and other key stakeholders across departments and vendors. The roles expects strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills. Further, he/she should be able to coach, inspire and motivate their project management team to perform to an equally high standard. He/She will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles, and contractual SLAs and KPIs. He/she will fulfill senior client engagement responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing development of the offshore-onsite relationship. Ability to develop a team and support team members with creative and technical expertise Excellent working-knowledge of production cycles and Omnichannel experience preferred.
