Salesforce Business AnalystJob Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote (Must work EST hours) Job Type: ContractKey Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementations.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document user stories and acceptance criteria.Translate business needs into technical specifications for Salesforce teams.Support UAT testing, issue tracking, and resolution.Create process flows, data models, and functional documentation.Assist with change management and user training as needed.Requirements:6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Must be available to work during EST business hours.
