Job Title

Role- Manager-MEP DesignCandidate should be BE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in design and execution of PHE and Fire Protection system for residential and commercial projects. Candidate should meet below Job description,Technical:Good understanding of local and international design standards, code & local authority requirements.Sound knowledge on Design calculations such as Water demand estimation, Pump Head calculation, Pipe Sizing, STP sizing, Tank sizing, Infra services sizing etc.,Sound knowledge of design process from concept to VFC and information flow in respective stage.Should be good in space planning for services.Should be experienced in review of design documents from Service consultant.Should have good knowledge on Rain water harvesting system, WTP, STP and Solid waste management.Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent.Coordination level understanding of other services such as HVAC, Electrical, PA SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM, BMS SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ETC.Good in Co-ordination with relevant stake holders for follow up and approvals.Good in Review and approval of contractors shop drawings and material submittals.Attending site Meetings and Timely review and response to RFI and queries from Site.Coordination with Commercial and procurement team for cost inputs and tender technical discussions.Active participation in meeting and discussions with valid inputs.Technical review of products for rate contract.Coordination and document preparation for Authority submission.Should be able to provide real-time solution wherever possible.Managerial:Monitor and control the project deliverables from consultants and contractors.Prepare micro schedule for deliverables.Review consultant invoice and variation claim by contractors.Manage resources for in-house working.Skills:Auto CAD Knowledge for review of drawings with basic drafting skill.Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.Good in communication and decision making.Should be a team player and has a positive approach to change.Good People management skill.Added Advantage:Experience and knowledge in LIFTS traffic analysis.Experience and knowledge in HVAC system.Candidates from Real estate background are preferred.Interested applicants please share your resume on divya.parab@
