Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Java backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in an agile environment, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop highly responsive user interfaces using React.js.Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-up meetings.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Expertise in Java backend technologies, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
