This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to optimize pricing models and drive revenue growth. The pricing and analytics manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure that pricing strategies are integrated into the overall business strategy. In addition, working on promotions, sales support and business driven reports.Key Responsibilities:Leveraging data driven insights to support strategic decision making, improve operational efficiency & enhance overall business performance.Lead the design & development of dashboards, reports & visualization tools that provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.Managing pricing, costing & reporting teams.Outline & highlight functionality required on an SMS platform to ensure pricing, costing & reporting functions will run smoothly.Monitor market trends & industry developments to provide insight that can guide strategic decisions.Analyzing reports to identify opportunities for the sales team.Identifying opportunities for key accounts and offering BA support on these accounts.Tracking volume (tiered) deals and swap deals.Identifying new routes to improve revenue & margin within the team.Co ordinating with multiple teams on RFP’s and providing the required input.Over viewing pricing/costing activities to ensure margin percentages are maintained.Preparing documentation for audit purposes as well as defining these processes.Identifying areas of improvement in pricing, costing & reporting processes.Qualification requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience: Min 5 years in a GTM monetization / pricing strategy role, preferably within the A2P / SaaS industry.Strong hands-on experience with analytical and financial modelling skills.
