Job Description:Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative solutions for client and new business opportunities.Must have deep understanding of design/copywriting and branding concepts across a range of traditional and digital media.Leads brainstorming / creative sessions, establish creative vision and provide hands-on direction while overseeing the creative process, guiding and collaborating as needed.Works collaboratively to envision original and unexpected concepts, creating value for the Agency and our clients.Translates client business and brand goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated creative experiences.Partners with clients and internal teams on business objectives and develop the appropriate creative vision, direction and execution.Personally conceptualizes and executes on design-driven internal & external communication.Manages and mentors the creative team; drives innovation by introducing new ideas and inspiration to consistently produce excellent work.Maintains a presence in the industry and foster outside relationships to build a creative ecosystem, including trusted network of creative service partners and contract talent.Works closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to determine scope of work.Works with the Creative Resource Manager on resourcing and project management, including planning upcoming projects, and adjusting resources as necessary on current projects.Partners with agency leadership on business development efforts and build new revenue streams for the Agency.
