Provide insight and recommendations on course/program structure in the context of eLearning and course/program design standards Organize sessions with relevant faculty/trainers to discuss potential design options and identify and collect relevant input to do so   Has sufficient expertise in working with universities/training companies to deliver instructional design services and storyboarding for online learning offerings Recommends teaching techniques and the use of different or new technologies to deliver online learning propositions Sufficient experience in the development of eLearning manuals, policies, and procedures  Develop a template and framework for the faculty to provide their input for different programs and courses. This includes analysis of program and course contents to adapt a certain style of delivery for them. Recommend changes to online course/program storyboards to make them easier for students/trainees to follow
