Job Title: Salesforce Tech LeadExperience :7-10+ YrsImmediate Joiner PreferredRole Overview:As a Salesforce Tech Lead , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Oversee the development and integration of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them in complex problem-solving and technical decisions.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and performance.Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a focus on [specific Salesforce products/solutions].Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in a Salesforce environment.Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
