Conduct A/B testing to find the most effective prompting strategies.Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, particularly in LLMs and prompt engineering techniques. Explore new strategies to enhance AI interaction.Collaboration & Communication: Work with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align AI solutions with user and business requirements. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to AI responses and prompt performance to guide ongoing optimization efforts.Training: Help train non-technical team members on how to use prompts effectively in their workflows.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, data science, or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).Experience: 2+ years of experience working with AI systems, LLMs, or NLP. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and platforms like LangChain or OpenAI is highly desirable.Skills: Strong understanding of language and semantics, proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (e.g., few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting), excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
