The incumbent will play a strategic and operational role in executing the HR vision aligned with business goals. The role demands strong HR domain knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build a high-performance culture.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic HR Execution:Collaborate with the Core Leadership Team to implement the company's HR Strategy across functions and locations.Understand organizational culture, business goals, and performance expectations at all levels – company, team, and individual.Performance Management:Drive and implement Performance Management Systems across the organization with support from HR Partners and Line Managers.Ensure goal alignment, continuous feedback mechanisms, and performance development interventions.Organization Development (OD) & Human Capital Strategy:Design and execute OD interventions to enhance organizational capability and culture.Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.Coach and mentor managers to build leadership strength across teams.Talent Management & Upskilling:Co-create and implement skill development, assessments, and training frameworks tailored to business needs.Build a strong learning culture and partner with stakeholders to identify future skill needs.Talent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles across the company.Drive campus recruitment for ITI, Diploma, BCom/BSc, Engineering, and MBA candidates.Personally manage induction and cultural alignment for senior leadership hires.Employee Relations:Act as the custodian for employee relations; proactively identify and address concerns.Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement with integrity and fairness.Compliance and Statutory Matters:Ensure full compliance with all statutory and labor laws applicable to company operations.Manage audits, inspections, and necessary documentation with a strong focus on ethical standards.Liaison with Government authorities for relevant approvals and clearances as needed.Skills and Competencies:Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal, coaching, and counselling skills.High emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.Learner’s mindset with the ability to take ownership of career and team development.Operational & Technical Skills:Proficiency in running Assessment Centers and Campus Recruitment.Strong documentation, data analysis, and MIS reporting skills.Tech-savvy and well-versed with modern HR tools and platforms.Experience in payroll management and statutory HR operations is highly desirable.Exposure to government liaisoning is a definite advantage.Educational Qualifications:MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
