Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing storage, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Manage and lead warehouse teams, ensuring productivity, training, and adherence to safety protocols.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational targets are met or exceeded.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and customer service, to enhance overall operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Optimize manpower planning and resource allocation for peak and off-peak operations.Handle escalations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution within the warehouse environment. Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics, Hyperlocal Operations or E-commerce operations.Knowledge of automation tools and systems integration.Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
