The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Dynamics Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps, along with experience managing teams. A background in the BFSI company is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:• Microsoft Dynamics Expertise:• Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps.• Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.• Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.• Team Management:• Lead, groom and mentor a team of Dynamics professionals, ensuring timely project delivery.• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Project Management:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Stakeholder Engagement:• Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365-related projects.• Present solutions, updates, and insights to senior stakeholders and management.• Innovation and Best Practices:• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, tools, and trends.• Recommend and implement best practices to enhance the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Total experience of 9–12 years, with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ BCA from reputed college • Microsoft Dynamics certifications • Experience in the BFSI domain is highly preferred.• Proven experience managing and leading teams.• Strong knowledge of business process automation and CRM workflows.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with data security and compliance, especially within the BFSI sector.
