Data and AI Platform DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap to build a world-class Data and AI Platform for Orange BusinessAlign platform capabilities with business goals and budget, ensuring scalability, flexibility security, sovereignty constraints (Secnumcloud), and innovation.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to drive business value.Platform Development and ManagementOversee the detailed design, development, and deployment of the Data and AI Platform.Ensure the right integration onto and leverage of the target cloud compute and storage platforms for Orange Business.Establish compliance with data governance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR).Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML specialists.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Desired Skills and ExperienceTechnical ExpertiseProven experience in designing and managing large-scale data platforms and AI/ML solutions.Deep understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, with a specific focus on Azure), and big data technologies.Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and deployment pipelines.Leadership and StrategyStrong track record of leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex projects.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate the value of data and AI to stakeholders.Qualifications10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
