Position: Senior Manager - Connected FactoryExp: 10 -15 YearsLocation: BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team responsible for managing the integration of OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, MES, and other industrial automation technologies with IT networks.Define and execute a strategic roadmap for integrating IT solutions with manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT capabilities with manufacturing engineering, automation, and continuous improvement goals.Champion Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives, leveraging data analytics, IoT, and automation to drive operational improvements.Ensure IT security and compliance standards such as ISA-95, ISA-99, NIST, and other relevant OT cybersecurity and safety regulations are met while deploying digital solutions in manufacturing environments.Must Have Skills:• Manage and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), OEE tracking, Quality Systems, and other digital applications used in manufacturing.• Work closely with automation and industrial engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with shop-floor automation technologies.• Leverage data analytics to improve manufacturing performance and decision-making.• Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and seamless interoperability between ERP, MES, ME tools, SCADA, and IoTbased solutions.
