Job Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable and dependable IT Administrator & Network Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing all office computers and networks, managing data flow, controlling user access, monitoring employee activity, and ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment.Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure ManagementSet up, configure, and maintain all office computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware.Install and update operating systems, drivers, and necessary software across all systems.Regularly maintain and troubleshoot hardware or software issues to ensure smooth operations.2. Network AdministrationManage and maintain office network, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections.Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Set up and manage Wi-Fi access points, ensuring secure and reliable internet connectivity.3. Data & User MonitoringControl all data transfers (incoming/outgoing) to ensure company information security.Monitor user activity on office systems to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.Implement and manage user access controls, file permissions, and security protocols.4. Security & BackupEnsure proper cybersecurity measures are in place including antivirus, firewalls, and threat detection.Regularly back up critical company data and ensure proper recovery systems are in place.Prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data and protect against data loss or breaches.5. Software & LicensingKeep a record of all licensed software and ensure legal compliance.Install and maintain productivity tools (MS Office, Adobe, etc.) and specialized software as needed.Manage updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure.6. Email & Communication SystemsSet up and maintain company email accounts, domains, and internal communication platforms.Troubleshoot email issues and ensure smooth communication systems.7. IT Support & TrainingProvide daily IT support to all employees for technical issues.Train new and existing staff on best practices for IT usage and data security.Maintain an IT helpdesk log for tracking and resolving user issues.8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed documentation of hardware inventory, user access, software licenses, and network setups.Prepare regular reports on system performance, incidents, and risks for management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT administration and networking.Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, firewalls, and data security practices.Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and server management.Familiarity with tools for user monitoring, remote access, and backup management.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Working Hours:9.30 to 6.30 pm(Monday to Saturday)
