We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ex-Founder with a strong background in GTM (Go-To-Market), Sales Strategy, and Operations. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled businesses from 0 to 1 and has experience in either B2B SAAS or B2C environments. A deep understanding of sales execution, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, build partnerships, and drive strategic alliances.Operations Management: Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.0 to 1 Scaling: Take new products or business lines from concept to execution, ensuring sustainable growth.Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in sales and operations.Market Analysis: Conduct deep market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.Revenue Growth: Design and implement strategies to accelerate revenue and enhance profitability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align business objectives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree from IIT, VIT, BITS, NIT, or other premium engineering institutions.Proven track record in GTM execution, sales strategy, and scaling operations.Experience working in either B2B and B2C domains.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive tangible results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
