We are looking for someone with experience in handling sheet metal fabrication, welding & robotics preferably from industries like construction equipment, automobiles and auto components. In line with our focus & commitment to promote diversity & equal opportunities within our organisation, we will be keen to evaluate female candidates for this position.Key responsibilities: Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parametersDrive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiativesCoach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better resultsGuide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes in sheet metal & RoboticsSolid technical experience in managing Robots, Lasers & Press shopDrive IMS Process and implementationPlan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team membersResponsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for Painted PartsMaintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilitiesPlan, Induct, Train, Rotate and Develop Human ResourcesConversant with Toyota Production System or EquivalentExpand Process & Method Engineering footprint. Enhance & Improve the Material Flow and Reduce Handling in ShopLayout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productive Platform
