With powerful features like student information systems, fee tracking, and assessment tools, we enable schools to operate seamlessly and effectively.Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – B2B Sales (IC Role)Location: Head Office – HyderabadDepartment: SalesType: Full-Time | Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)Job PurposeWe are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to independently manage and close B2B sales for MyClassboard from our Hyderabad Head Office. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on owning the entire sales cycle—from lead engagement to final conversion—without a team-reporting structure.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them to closure.Deliver compelling product demos virtually or in-person to school leadership.Own the sales funnel: follow up, negotiate, and close deals independently.Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Liaise with field teams and inside sales for lead coordination when needed.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.Respond promptly to client queries and present tailored solutions.Provide daily/weekly sales reports to leadership.Requirements & QualificationsEducation:MBA or BBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)Experience:3–6 years in B2B SaaS/EdTech sales (IC roles preferred)Skills:Strong communication and presentation skillsHigh ownership mindset and self-motivationTech-savvy and organized with attention to detailComfortable working without direct team supportAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentLanguage Advantage (Bonus):Knowledge of Marathi, Tamil, or Kannada will be a plus for regional client engagement
