Job Description for Deputy Manager - Security (Ex-Army/Navy/Air Force) at Ambuja Neotia Key Responsibilities:Security Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations to ensure smooth functioning. Supervise and manage security personnel, including security guards, surveillance officers, an other staff. Ensure all access control measures are strictly followed at entry and exit points. Maintain discipline and operational efficiency within the security team. Risk Assessment and Security Planning:Conduct risk assessments of the property and identify security vulnerabilities. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the organizations assets. Advise management on improving security measures and threat mitigation strategies. Emergency Management:Act as the first responder in case of any security-related incidents. Ensure that the team is prepared to handle emergencies, including fire, medical emergencies, and unauthorized access. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to maintain the preparedness of the security personnel. Surveillance and Reporting:Monitor and supervise CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the premises are under constant surveillance. Maintain a detailed log of daily security activities, incidents, and any breaches. Report any security violations to senior management in a timely manner. Collaboration and Coordination:Liaise with local law enforcement and other security agencies when required. Work closely with other departments to address security needs for events, construction sites, or any specific requirements. Training and Development:Conduct training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills in handling various security challenges. Ensure all security personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge regarding the organizations security systems, protocols, and safety measures.
