Property ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, manage communications, and ensure seamless coordination between property owners, tenants, and off-shore clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in property management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle daily operations, including calls, emails, and rental coordination.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily property operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all rental units.Handle calls and emails related to property management, tenant inquiries, and client communication.Respond to and manage emails from Horizon Rentals and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Liaise with off-shore clients, providing regular updates on property status and addressing any concerns.Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties remain in top condition.Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant documentation.Monitor rental payments, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with lease terms.Requirements:2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Construction Management, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing calls and emails efficiently.Experience working with off-shore clients is a plus.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.No Moonlighting.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in rental property management and handling lease agreements.Open to working night shifts.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with performance incentives.Opportunity to work with an international client base.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.If you are a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager with experience handling off-shore clients, rental operations, and property management tasks, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now to be a part of our team!
