Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant and Office Admin located in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant and Office Admin will be responsible for providing executive support, handling administrative tasks, and managing expense reports. Day-to-day tasks include managing the executive’s schedule, organizing meetings, assisting with communication, and performing general office administration duties.QualificationsExecutive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skillsProficiency in managing calendars, scheduling and expense managementStrong communication skills - both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)Experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
