We are an early-stage company based in the US started by serial successful entrepreneurs who have created enterprise scale products partnering with SAP and Microsoft with a very successful exit in the past venture. Candidates joining us at this stage will gather an amazing experience in the new agentic AI world that will set up their career for decades to come.We are looking for a backend Python/Django developer with AI experience who will be responsible for helping work on the architecture and initial launch of our product. This person should have deep technical experience in building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users and is a self-starter who likes to experiment.Requirements :Must be Proficient in Python and and Django with at least 2 years of real-world experienceMust have hands-on experience with building RAG systems from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving and evaluating.Must have Experience building AI agents - and using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Autogen or similarMust have Experience with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate or ChromaDBPotential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks and libraries like Tensorflow and PytorchExperience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or similarExperience working with LLM’s like GPT-4, Claude, Llama and GeminiExperience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniquesFamiliarity with agile web development methodologies, version control systems and coding copilotsStrong problem-solving skills along with a self-starter entrepreneurial attitudeGood English communication skills to work in an international environmentIf you match the items listed above, we would love to speak with you and provide you with a framework for building amazing agentic AI applications for enterprises.
