You will contribute to creating high-quality Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring that they are resilient, scalable, and secure. You will write code that is continuously tested, deployed, and performs effectively in production. Your contributions will be crucial to the technical direction of the team and the improvement of tools and processes.Responsibilities:Lead research, design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality software systems using MS CRM Dynamics 365, Unified Service Desk (USD), and .NET technologies to meet client requirements.Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to transform design initiatives into implementation with the development team.Develop, customize, and unit test software systems and enhancements according to technical specifications, standards, and best practices.Provide Level 3 support, bug fixing, and new enhancements for existing applications in collaboration with the app support team.Facilitate deployments in both test and production environments and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the operations team.Maintain technical documentation, including code comments, deployment, and low-level design documentation.Create unit test cases that follow industry standards and ensure the quality of software.Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with MS CRM Dynamics 365 (or previous versions).Proficiency in MS CRM SDK, including Plugins & Workflows.Solid experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and Knockout JS.Proficiency in C# (2.0 & Higher) and .Extensive experience with Web Services / WCF.Strong working knowledge of SQL / SQL Server 2008 Integration Services.Familiarity with Design / Scrum Methodology.Proficient in MS Azure (PaaS & IaaS).Strong experience with Performance Optimization in C# and SQL Server (including caching, query optimization, and class design).Familiarity with TFS, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Enterprise Library, Nunit, and IIS.Exposure to Windows Azure (PaaS) is a plus.Strong SQL Server skills, including SSRS and SSIS.Experience in designing and implementing large-scale architectural solutions that support large numbers of concurrent users and data volumes.Ability to design and implement testing procedures and code modifications that target latency and throughput improvements.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Refactoring, and Unit Testing.Behavioral Fit:Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team.Capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining focus.Hands-on mentality with a focus on delivering quality work.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization and lead through influence.
