This role is contractual - fixed term contract for a period of two years. KEY DELIVERABLES:e-Procurement Project Management:Oversee and manage all e-Procurement projects across SAIL units, ensuring seamless execution at various project stages.Lead coordination between internal e-Procurement teams, technology teams, and service delivery teams to support Branch Managers in ensuring smooth site operations aligned with client requirements.Drive operations related to renewing existing e-Procurement accounts and setting up new e-Procurement accounts at SAIL sites.Manage the transition to new e-Procurement versions, including signing up clients, overseeing system upgrades, and leading change management initiatives.Coordinate implementation activities, including process assessment, requirement gathering, and System Requirement Specification (SRS) documentation.Collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and incorporate feedback for final product optimization.Lead user training programs, identifying key users responsible for on-site operations post-implementation.Provide post-implementation support, ensuring smooth operations for bidders and buyers on the platform.Ensure client sign-off at every project phase, securing agreement on milestones.Keep Branch Managers updated on progress and support them in invoicing upon project completion.Design and optimize workflows tailored to PSU clients, ensuring compliance with PCP and DOP standards for seamless e-Procurement integration.Maintenance & Reporting:Oversee e-Procurement system maintenance, ensuring contract-based support through handholding, resource deployment, or other agreed mechanisms.Manage change requests due to client needs or regulatory updates, securing client approvals before implementation.Provide regular reports and dashboards to SAIL, covering key performance metrics such as RFQs published, purchase orders, and sales value via e-Procurement.Tender Website Management:Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all client troubleshooting related to the tender website managed by Mjunction.Ensure smooth proxy uploads of tenders in case of client-side contingencies.Track and report key metrics such as proxy uploads, SMS usage, and revenue generation related to tender website management.Drive invoicing and collections in accordance with contractual agreements.Provide helpdesk training on tender website processes as needed.Ensure timely contract renewals with enhanced commercial terms.Candidate Specifications2-3 years of experience in operations or procurement function Strong analytical and reporting abilities, good communication- written and oral, networking and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join Us?Medical and life insurancePaid time offWorld-class training and educational resourcesWell-being programs to support mental and physical healthGiving and volunteer programs to benefit charitable organizations and local communitiesDiscounts on products, services, and experiences under the TATA group umbrellaReady to Make an Impact?
