The role involves creating detailed 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max and Google SketchUp, collaborating with the engineering team to understand project requirements, and producing high-quality visualizations. The technical person will also be responsible for providing technical support and training on these software tools to other team members and clients.QualificationsProficient in 3ds Max / Google SketchUp /Revit architectureExperience in creating detailed 3D models and renderingsKnowledge of technical aspects and applications of these software toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the engineering industry is a plusRelevant technical certification or degree in a related field
