Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager – Interior Fit Out to oversee interior refurbishment and construction works across our luxury hotel properties. The role involves close coordination with design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and design excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the complete interior fit-out process, including planning, execution, and monitoring of all refurbishment and construction phases.Conduct regular site inspections, ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure minimal disruption during ongoing projects.Track progress against project schedules, prepare MIS reports, and ensure delivery within approved budgets.Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.Support team allocation, technical reviews, and daily project coordination.Assist in evaluating consultants and contractors for project execution.Handle contract documentation and ensure timely submission and follow-up on variations or claims.Set up and monitor an efficient inventory management system for all project materials and assets.Ensure adherence to Project Quality Plans and Safety Protocols across all activities.Manage all civil/interior works related to development, renovation, or upgradation of hotel spaces.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, luxury design aesthetics, and hotel environments.Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Attention to detail, quality orientation, and a problem-solving mindset.
