This is a team management role to guide and lead a team of recruiters for an organization size of 1100 + employees.A very positive work culture, with plenty of opportunities to learn & grow.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Process Optimization:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the quality staffing needs.Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, including candidate experience, interview practices, and time-to-hire metrics.Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to senior leadership on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Expertise:Leverage a wide range of sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking, direct outreach, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify passive and active candidates in competitive talent markets.Manage and optimize the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.Team Leadership & Development:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3-4 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Foster a high-performance team culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining an engaging work environment.Monitor and manage the performance of the recruitment team, setting clear KPIs and driving results.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into recruitment strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters, ensuring transparent and effective communication with stakeholders.Advise and influence hiring managers on best practices, talent market trends, and recruitment strategies.Employer Branding:Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the organizations employer brand and create compelling job descriptions, career pages, and content that attract top talent.Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract diverse talent.Preferred candidate profileMinimum of 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managing a team of recruiters.Expertise in Planning & Expediting high numbers of recruitment, through effective sourcing strategies and team management.Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting across multiple levels and industries, with strong experience in using various recruiting platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, etc.).Excellent planning, team management, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure the success of recruitment efforts.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
