Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with expertise in Brand Management, Alliances, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances that drive revenue, productivity, and growth, while also strengthening the company’s brand presence in the IT industry. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand positioning and marketing strategies to enhance market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to align branding strategies with business objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine branding efforts. Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships to drive business growth. Work on revenue-focused alliances to generate new business opportunities and increase profitability. Establish productivity-focused alliances to optimize operational efficiency and workflow. Develop growth-focused alliances that expand market reach and enhance brand credibility. Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and ROI-driven outcomes. Leverage partnerships to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. Develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branding opportunities, and go-to-market strategies with partners. Track and analyze partnership performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in Brand Management, Strategic Alliances, or Partnership Management in an IT organization. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, revenue-driven alliances, and brand positioning. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives independently. Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and co-marketing initiatives is a plus.
