Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)Review the site surveys data on land contours, boundaries, features, and other physical characteristics submitted by contractorUse specialized surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, laser scanners, levels, and drones) to measure distances, angles, and elevations.Review detailed site maps, topographical surveys, and layout plans based on data collectedAnalyze survey data to ensure accuracy and integrity for project designs and planning.Document survey results and any potential discrepancies or challenges encountered during data collection.Update and maintain survey records, including historical data and project-specific surveys, for future reference.Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that survey data is accurately integrated into project plans and specifications.Conduct on-site inspections to verify land or construction conditions and identify any obstacles, hazards, or issues affecting surveying.Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledgeGraduate Degree in (Civil) Engineering with minimum experience of 3 years or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum experience 5 years in execution of (public building/ railway infrastructure project)Atleast 2 years’ experience of SSE or equivalent Grade and above of Civil Engineering department of Railways and/or as Surveyor and above in Civil Engineering department tin RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.Should have experience in railway / building projectsEducationB.Tech in Civil or Diploma in Civil
