Job Tittle: FullStack Lead (Java + ReactJs)Experience: Minimum 8 yearsSummary Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Core Java and ReactJs to lead the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend and frontend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.Technical Skills: Experience with Java, Microservices, Unit Testing, Micronaut, Spring Framework, Spring Batch and Spring Security framework and Spring libraries, REST API and SOAP web services-Micro services with Spring Boot/Micronaut Framework.Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc.)Experience in using Junit/Mockito framework.Should have experience in AWS (basic concepts).Open to learn Front-end technologies (mainly React JS) and work in a multi skilled full stack development environment.Soft Skills: Good interpersonal communication skills.Ability to communicate and articulate ideas, solutions, and discussions.Ability to present design with the larger team which includes client stakeholders.Good writing skills for clear communication with stakeholders.Flexibility and ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across geographies and time zones.Nice to Have: Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tool.Responsibilities: Overseeing the design and implementation of Java-based applications.Ensuring the overall success of our software development projects.Guiding the team and making technical decisions.Contribute to the architecture and design of complex systems.Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Qualifications:BE/BSc or EquivalentHighly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.LearningMate is an equal opportunity employer.
