Role & ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program OwnershipDevelop and refine goals and KPIs around the main metric: total affiliate revenue.Collaborate with the founding team to set monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Maintain oversight of day-to-day program operations using FirstPromoter.Recruitment & OnboardingIdentify and actively recruit new affiliates across social media, communities, and relevant networks.Onboard affiliates seamlessly, providing training materials, best practices, and clear goals.Relationship Management & RetentionAct as the primary point of contact for all active affiliates, nurturing long-term relationships.Coordinate with internal design, video editing, and marketing teams to supply high-converting promotional materials.Negotiate special deals or VIP terms in collaboration with the founding team.Performance Analysis & GrowthMonitor affiliate performance (e.g., conversions, sales, revenue) to identify top performers and opportunities for improvement.Provide affiliates with data-driven insights, suggestions for optimization, and strategic feedback.Ensure transparent, timely communication of payouts, program updates, and promotional opportunities.Strategic CollaborationReport directly to the CEO and COO, presenting progress, wins, and strategic plans.Work in tandem with the founding team to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless affiliate experiences.Key MetricsPrimary KPI: Total Affiliate Revenue (tracked monthly and quarterly).Program Growth: Expand both the number of affiliates and the overall revenue generated.Proactive Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with affiliates and the founding team to keep us updated on progress, problems, and improvements.Tools & SupportAffiliate Tracking: FirstPromoter platform (fully integrated with existing systems; payouts handled by founding team).Creative & Technical: Access to an in-house video editing and design team for producing custom promotional assets.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: INR 80,000/month (approx. $1,000 USD), with potential negotiation for exceptional candidates.Performance Bonus: 1% of total affiliate revenue, disbursed monthly.Fully Remote: Choose your own 8-hour schedule Monday to Friday.Startup Culture: Fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and responsibility.Learning & Development: Access to a dedicated budget for courses, tools, and resources to help you excel in this role.What We’re Looking ForProven Affiliate Management Experience: A strong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing affiliate programs (100+ affiliates preferred).Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics to drive decisions, set priorities, and optimize performance.Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to maintain positive, productive relationships with a diverse range of affiliates, from niche bloggers to large-scale media partners.Negotiation & Communication: Confident in negotiating contracts, exclusive deals, and handling day-to-day communications.Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Thrives in a startup environment with minimal oversight, eager to seize opportunities and tackle challenges.Interview ProcessTechnical project submissionOne combined behavioral and technical interviewImportant NotesWe're looking to fill this position quicklyIf your notice period is longer than 2 weeks, please only apply if you can work part-time throughout your notice periodApplication & Interview ProcessPlease Note:You must submit a project to be considered for this role.
